If you are asking this question on this website, Isleworth does not want you, no offense. This is a very exclusive golf course. As I’m sure you already know, the gated community is home to the likes of Shaquille O’Neal, Wesley Snipes, and Tiger Woods. Why did I just name all black guys, I don’t know. But if I had to assume, the intital fee would be in the high thousands, maybe into the tens, and the yearly fees would be the same, then there is also the minimum limit of what you have to spend at the club house each year.

Are there any? There seem to have been ?50002 United Utilities redeemable preference shares but these were held by one of the directors and redeemed in 2008.
If you can get hold of a copy of the Stock Exchange Daily Official list it will show if there are any pref shares for these companies.
The UK banks have some (being changed into ECNs?). And the PIBS from the mutual Building Societies are quite similar. also Aviva (AV.A.L,AV.B.L) & RSA Insurance (RSAB.L)

Not sure if yours is really a question or a conclusion. But I dare say the this global warming thing is still inconclusive. Just look at what governments are doing about global warming! Most of those actions taken in the name of avoiding climate change are really based on pure economic considerations. Take wind-turbines. Clean energy? Yes! Saves the environment? Yes! Done in the name of the environment? Sorry, no! Done in the name of finding an alternative before oil price goes to $1,000 a barrel! So too are all those R&D on solar energy, hydrogen economy, hydro-electricity, etc. Look beyond these actions that are really economically motivated and you hear a lot of government rhetorics but little action. It is just being pragmatic not to spend trillions of dollars to "save" the planet. But no one is going to stand up and call the environmentalist’s bluff or misguided concerns. So in conclusion - global warming is not a hoax but it is not proven either and therefore don’t go spending trillions yet.

I'm having roommate issues, and it's her MOTHER that is a bigger problem.?
I live in a suite with three other girls. Three of us are responsible, we do our share of the cleaning, we’re respectful, helpful, responsible, etc. The lat one is an issue. This girl traded off her weeks to clean the bathroom twice, and still has refused to clean even though she is due for two weeks in a row now.

She yells at us for being too loud when she works, when SHE literally yells so loud that our neighbors have to come and tell us off because of her. I will sometimes go to sleep around 7pm because the night before I had meetings until 3am, and she will throw open our door, turn on the lights, and start talking (in a very loud voice) while my roommate is trying to hush her.

What’s worse is her Mother is one of the most horrible people I’ve ever met. She outright threatened our roommate (her daughter’s roommate) about "not eating her food" and she comes in and evaluates our room, saying how absolutely trashy it is. (Trust me, we’re IMMACULATE, you should see our neighbor’s suite, goodness) She passes horrible judgments on us, labeling us, and turning us to dirt. (In retrospect, her daughter is in a crap-ass major. I’m in a major that only accepted 25 freshman out of 3,000 applicants and one of my other roommates is majoring in O-Chem, the other in Physics.) _

Leah (problem roommate in question) always has the messiest side of the room (it’s a dump) and cleans it up when we parents come and makes us lie about her partying, drinking, and general shitting living habits. (The other three of us are friday night homework doers)

I’ve managed to avoid her Mother the last two times she has been here, but she has been insulting us, passing judgments on us, and dehumanizing us. My plan is to pretty much verbally defend myself/attack her the next time she comes and acts terrible. What do you think? I’m not going to look for conflict, but should she say something truly horrible (which is always) I’ve decided that I’m going to tear her a new one. I’ve weighed the situation, and I know this isn’t the mature option, however, this woman truly has no consequence in my life, and what can she do? Yell at me? I’m generally desensitized to harsh words, but my roommates are not, and what this woman is doing to them is just wrong.

Thoughts?

Perhaps, it is time for Leah(?) to find a new home. I am assuming that you need the money from all four tenants to survive; however, you need your peace of mind more. You ALL need to sit down with her and explain to her truthfully why you need her to leave. Don’t be hateful, but be honest and present a united front to her.

I am using Google Analytics and I seem to get a huge amount of views from London, what I am wondering is, because alof of UK Headquarters are in my area, that many of these views are coming from local people in offices with servers in London? Total IT novice, so I’m aware that this may be totally incorrect. Any light shed would be much appreciated. Thanks

If the remote offices are in fact getting their net service from London via private networks, they’ll have IP addresses associated with the London office, and Google Analytics will read them as London addresses.

On the other hand, a remote office that has its own local connectivity through a nearby provider will have an IP address associated with that provider, even if their headquarters is in London.
