I work at a formal, generally upscale restaurant. We’re encouraged to dress up, but nothing too sexy, etc.. Also, it shouldn’t be too hot, or restrict my movement so I can easily move around, clear plates, take orders, etc.. Also, nothing too scary, in case little kids are around.

I think Soulja Boy is a great addition to the music biz.
